What makes what we are:

Shuttering Plywood is a highly densified plywood with a smooth film coating on both sides of the faces and is used primarily for cement formworks during construction. It is generally used to make the cast of ceiling, walls, drains, highways, pillars, etc, to pour concrete in it giving the concrete any shape needed.

Red & Black phenolic overlay.

Densified has a red and black phenolic overlay. A smooth phenol film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. Phenol film is a special paper (semi) in which Kraft paper is saturated with phenol-formaldehyde resin.

The overlying surface will be smooth, glossy, and hard. The surface is easy to clean with water or a steam wash.

Shuttering conforms to IS 4990 specification. It falls in Type 3 high-grade plywood with features like BWP grade and a minimum 9 ply.  Standard Plymarc glue, E1 (Phenol-Formaldehyde) is used in pressing the rock-solid Densified.
